Mission and Vision
Afro Vibe Fest 2025 is Thunder Bay’s first Afro-centric cultural, music, and arts festival. Our mission is to raise awareness of the diversity of the growing Afro community in Thunder Bay and the surrounding regions in Northwestern Ontario. For our vision, we hope to create an annual event which celebrates the richness of Afro culture while fostering inclusion and unity with the broader community.

With performances, food, and traditions rooted in Afro culture, it aims to educate, inspire, and bring people together. The colorful parade and cultural performances highlight the rich traditions and talents of the Afro community, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual respect.
